Burman Transcript Request Form

Transcript Requests submitted from December 24, 2025, to January 5, 2026 will be processed on Janauary 6, 2026. Please take this into consideration when requesting your transcript and any deadlines you may have.

Please Note: There is a minimum processing time of 5 working days. During peak periods (Jan., April, May, Aug., Sept.) allow 12 working days. Rush service may be available at any time at an additional cost but is not guaranteed.

A) Transcripts will not be released until financial obligations to the university have been met. Please check with Student Financial Services to make sure your account is in good standing before submitting a transcript request.

B) If you want your transcript updated in MyCreds you must submit a new transcript request form.

eTranscripts will be sent via MyCreds online document services. You will receive an email once your electronic transcript is uploaded. You will need to create an account and then follow the directions to view your transcript. You will then be able to send your transcript to whomever you want.
