Application - Music Scholarship

Criteria and Information

Amount: $1250*

You must have initial admission to Burman University prior to applying for this scholarship.
The award amount can vary in subsequent years up to a maximum of $2000 based on skill, commitment, and a recommendation from the Music Director.
Submission Deadlines - Music scholarship application deadlines are on the last day of the month of your first incoming semester.
Returning students do not need to re-apply.
All incoming students are eligible. This excludes students receiving an after-degree discount or students in certificate and diploma programs.
This is a renewable scholarship. Students must meet specific criteria in order to renew.
Only one musicscholarship will be given to an indivudual stduent, even if they participate in more than one official organization.
In order to receive this scholarship you must:
- Register for and complete 12 Burman University credits each term.
- Audition for and participate with an official on-campus music organization for both the fall and winter semesters.
