Transfer scholarships are not available to students in the Education After Degree program. Certain transfer/entrance scholarships may be available if you are not receiving a 2nd degree discount.

If you have completed a 4 year degree you may be eligible for a 25% degree disount, please contact the Registar's Office to have your transcripts assessed and complete the appropriate forms for the degree discount.
At this time transfer scholarships are not available to international students.

Transfer Academic Scholarship:

To qualify for this award at Burman University you must:
- Have previously attended a post secondary institution, and
- Submit your official transcripts to Burman University, and
- Meet the eligibility criteria listed on our website Transfer student scholarship - criteria. Minimum 3.0 cumGPA

To qualify for this one-time award at Burman University you must:

- Been involved in a leadership or service role at your previous post secondary institution, church or community organization within the last 2 years, and
- Provide a reference detailing your leadership or service involvement.

Transfer Athletic Scholarship:

To qualify for this award at Burman University you must:
- Be applying in your incoming year, and
- Have previously attended a post secondary institution, and
- Tryout for and make a Burman Athletic Team
Scholarships begin at $1250 for the first year and can increase in subsequent years based on a Burman coach's recommendation.

Transfer Music Scholarship:

To qualify for this award at Burman University you must:
- Be applying in your incoming year, and
- Have previously attended a post secondary institution, and
- Audition for and join the Burman Choir, Ubuntu, Band or Orchestra.
Scholarships begin at $1250 for the first year and can increase in subsequent years based on a Burman Music Director's recommendation.
I will be auditioning for a music orginization and receive a Transfer Music Scholarship.*
