Consent for Release of Financial Information

Consent for an alternate individual(s) to receive details of the student financial account information and to make decisions regarding financial accounts.

Burman University understands that students often receive financial support from parents or other sources who may request access to that student's financial account. In order to permit Burman University to communicate with someone other than you, the student, regarding your student account, or to make decisions regarding your account, we require you to provide consent for Student Financial Services to release financial information. I hereby consent to permit the following individuals to act on my behalf regarding my student account, including communicating with and receiving information from Burman University and making decisions and providing instructions regarding my Burman student account, excluding refunds, which will be refunded in the same manner as paid or be made payable to the student only.

*Please note that students' financial details are available on the student portal by selecting My Ledger and the current term. Remember, It is a student's responsibility to review it regularly and to ensure that the account financially up-to-date.
