This form is to register for the Team Elite Full-Day Volleyball Camp which will run from August 18-21, 2025.
- The volleyball camp is intended for those aged 16+ (or eligible to enter Grade 10 in September 2025).
  - Please note: The camper must be at least 16 years old prior to the start date (or eligible to enter Grade 10 in September 2025).
- The cost of the camp is $225 .
  - Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with instructions.
