This form is to register for the Team Elite Half-Day Basketball Camp which will run from August 18-21, 2025.
- The half-day camp is intended for those aged 9-12.
  - Please note: The camper must be at least 9 years old prior to the start date.
- The cost of the camp is $125.
  - Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
