  • NOTE

    *There is NO GUARANTEE that preferences will be met but every effort will be made.

    *Assignments of accommodations will be coincide with family size and unit size.

    *The Residential Tenancy Agreement must be signed prior to moving into Burman residences.

    *The security deposit will not exceed one month's rent.

    *When a suitable match has been made a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the unit.

    Student housing at Burman University is maintained for the sole purpose of providing students with reasonable housing while attending a regular academic program at Burman. Students and families of students who terminate their academic program or drop their credits below full-time status during the current academic school term may also have their rental agreement terminated.
